01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ed4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ed4444 website located at https://ed4444.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional programs offered therein.

By accessing the ed4444 platform in any capacity — whether by visiting the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a game, or claiming a bonus — you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the ed4444 platform regardless of geographic location, device type, or method of access. Players accessing the platform from within Bangladesh are subject to these Terms in their entirety. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ed4444 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are 18 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement and is enforced without exception.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and are not doing so on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You do not currently hold another active ed4444 account under any name, email address, or payment method.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as an employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of ed4444 or any of its affiliates, partners, or technology suppliers.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction, nor have you been placed on a self-exclusion register that applies to online gaming platforms.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

Age Verification

ed4444 employs a robust age and identity verification process as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. During or after registration, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to confirm your age and identity:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport (any nationality)
• Bangladesh driving licence (front and back)
• Birth certificate (for age verification purposes only, in conjunction with another identity document)

Accounts where age verification is pending may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. All funds in such an account will be frozen pending investigation and will not be returned.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming and betting services on ed4444, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ed4444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ed4444 support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security — this option is available from your account settings at no additional cost.

One Account Per Household

A maximum of one registered account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per shared device. Where ed4444 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual or household, all such accounts may be suspended and balances frozen pending investigation. Only one of those accounts will be permitted to continue, at ed4444's sole discretion.

KYC Verification Process

ed4444 may request KYC documentation at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at random as part of ongoing platform security monitoring. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction until compliance is achieved.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ed4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your ed4444 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation.
• ed4444 does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• ed4444 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposits where possible.
• Withdrawals above ৳5,000 require completed KYC verification before processing will begin.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission. Most withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within minutes during business hours.
• ed4444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable until those requirements are satisfied in full.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ed4444 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as BPL season, IPL, the T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional conditions stated at the time the specific offer is presented.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are intended for recreational player use only. Systematic bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional structures is prohibited.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
• ed4444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, ed4444's decision shall be final and binding.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal of bonus winnings is allowed).

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the requirement; live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Bonus Abuse

ed4444 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk. Where such activity is detected, ed4444 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and restrict or close the account.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ed4444 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement agencies:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Creating multiple accounts or accessing the platform using another person's credentials.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, macro, artificial intelligence tool, or other mechanical aid to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or software glitches in any game or on the platform. Any winnings derived from a software error are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any ed4444 software or platform component.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any other illegal financial transaction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory behaviour toward any member of the ed4444 support team or other platform users.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating as an unofficial agent for other players without explicit written authorisation from ed4444.

ed4444 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts manual account reviews on a routine basis. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate investigation. During any investigation, the affected account may be suspended and access to funds may be restricted until the investigation is concluded.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ed4444 platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, Color Game, Circus Delight, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules as published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on the ed4444 platform (including slots and virtual table games) use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and verified for statistical fairness. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including ed4444 itself.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules governing these games are determined by the respective providers and are displayed within the game interface. ed4444 is not responsible for the operational decisions of live dealer game providers but ensures that all providers integrated into the platform hold the necessary gaming certifications.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other disciplines — are governed by ed4444's Sports Betting Rules document, which is available separately on the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a specific market rule and these general Terms, the specific market rule shall prevail.

Disputed Results

In the event that a player disputes the outcome of a game or bet, a formal complaint must be submitted to support@ed4444.app within 72 hours of the disputed event. ed4444 will investigate all complaints in good faith and provide a written response within 5 business days. The decision of the ed4444 disputes team is final and binding.

08 Responsible Gaming

ed4444 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling may develop into a problematic behaviour. The tools and policies described in this section are designed to support all players in maintaining control over their gambling activity.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may place their account into a temporary time-out for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, gaming and betting functions are suspended but account access for withdrawal purposes is retained.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or extended self-exclusion by contacting support@ed4444.app. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the stated period and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.
• Reality Checks: Opt-in session reminders can be configured to display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during the current session.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ed4444 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and underlying source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of ed4444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ed4444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of ed4444.

Any unauthorised use of ed4444 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action. Game titles, studio names, and provider brands (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the ed4444 platform under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ed4444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform
• Loss of data, account access, or game progress due to technical failures or maintenance
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by internet service outages, device failures, or circumstances beyond ed4444's reasonable control
• Errors in displayed odds, game results, or account balances caused by technical faults (which will be corrected upon detection)
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners

ed4444 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability and game integrity. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ed4444 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

ed4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following conditions apply:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during the KYC process
• Suspected engagement in prohibited activities including bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated software
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Any court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your ed4444 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@ed4444.app. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC verification requirements have been met.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ed4444 may apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) to inactive accounts. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Reactivating your account by logging in and completing a deposit will immediately halt the dormancy fee process.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

ed4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. For changes that are minor in nature or required by law, updates may take effect immediately without prior notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ed4444 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sports Betting Rules, and any specific game or promotional terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ed4444 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

Waiver

No failure or delay by ed4444 in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
